Course Usability Test

For my usability review I wanted to put real users and their real-need at the center of my test. I asked a college business professor with over ten years of experience and a college-freshmen student to go through the course for evaluation. Testers went through the course, describing what they were doing and seeing. I then asked them to do a couple of tasks to see if they were able to find specific material or information. Finally, I asked them to fill-out a format with questions and comments about their experience. ​This video summarizes the findings of my tests.
