Literature Review
E-Portfolios represent an innovative change in the field of learning. They respond to the need for adapting to new ways of teaching and to developing lifelong learning skills. But are ePortfolios valuable for evaluating applicants during a hiring process? Why would this be the case? What are the advantages and disadvantages that ePortfolios offer students during the hiring process?

This literature review aims to answer these questions by examining the literature that analyzes the perceptions that representatives of various companies have about applicants who present ePortfolios. The review also looks at the advantages and disadvantages of employing an ePortfolio during the hiring process. In my review of sources, I use peer-reviewed articles, books, and reports that showcase the experiences and perceptions of business representatives and recruiters. Finally, I reflect on the findings as well as the gaps in the literature. I also discuss areas for further research.
