Implementation Outline
The E-portfolio will be implemented during the academic school years of 2021-22 and 2022-2023, for graduate level students of the MBA program. The implementation is proposed for students as a pedagogical tool. The main goal of the E-portfolios is to provide the student with the opportunity to enhance his or her academic development. They also offer the chance to build a document that can allow students to present their accomplishments and to help them apply for internships, work opportunities, scholarships, collaborative research projects, and other future opportunities. Hence the E-portfolio will become an important instrument for student success.

Phases of the Implementation Plan

As noted above, the E-Portfolio will be implemented during the International Business course of the MBA program. The implementation outline of the E-portfolio is divided into a total of six sequential phases as follows:

Phase 5 (June 2023 - August 2023)

Conclusion

The implementation plan for the e-Portfolio learning tool will tell the faculty, departments, and university about the effectiveness of this instrument, as the institution seeks to offer a new way to enhance student learning and to offer students better opportunities for future work and scholarships. The implementation plan covers two academic years to allow each student to build up their e-Portfolios in a systematic and useful way. The goal of educators is to constantly look for new pedagogical instruments to improve student learning. The e-Portfolio is an effective tool that seeks to satisfy this goal.
