Educational podcasts are a way to present and share information on a wide variety of topics and interests and to disseminate this information to many different types of audiences. The purpose of a podcast is to provide information and analysis to anyone who wants to learn through audio lectures, discussions, and interviews. Additionally, since podcasts can be listened to on the go, they provide a great way to keep the learning going for people who have a busy schedule.

The themes of the two episodes of our podcasts center around two fascinating leadership books: Influencer: The New Science of Leading Change by Joseph Greene, Kerry Patterson, David Maxfield, Ron McMillan and Al Switzler (2013); and The 4 Disciplines of Execution by Chris McChesney, Sean Covey and Jim Huling (2016).
Both of these books offer tools to successfully achieve our goal of implementing an e--Portfolio within our respective organizations. The members of our team - Angela Upshaw, Herman Bibbs, Naima Bagot, and Rosa Felsen - bring different perspectives to the conversation and enrich the different podcast episodes with information, explanations, anecdotes and experiences. The team hopes that the audience enjoys them.

For my publication, I chose to write about the benefits of implementing an e-Portfolio for business students, which is the same topic that I covered in my Innovation Plan. In my article draft, I mention the advantages of the e-Portfolio in different areas as a learning tool. I also give ideas of exercises that students can utilized and I mention some tools to help students with their learning and development.
One of the most enriching aspects of the e-Portfolio has been the opportunity to have feedforward from different colleagues. The colleagues’ perspectives and comments have helped by providing great feedback which has helped me make preliminary corrections to my article.

My colleagues used a rubric to comment on my article draft. This rubric is composed of three categories: Clarity Establishment (20 points), Thought Scheme (20 points), and Project Connection (10 points). The total points for the rubric is 50 points. I found this rubric to be helpful and explanatory.
